The Karanja Industries Pvt. Ltd., was Incorporated, during the month of March’1983. Under the Companies Act 1956 for manufacture of Kraft Paper with a capacity of 36000 tons per annum and Reclaimed Rubber with a capacity of 12000 tons per annum. The company is certified with ISO 9001:2015 certification, since 1996.
Our Journey
The Company could acquire land of 35 Acres 34 guntas for Location of Plant for Kraft paper and later Purchaseda Sick Reclaimed Rubber Mill of 6 Acres located at Kolhar Industrial Area Plot nor 01 , Bidar from KSFC. The wholly owned subsidiary Company’s is amalgamated by high court in Bangalore that took place during the 1994 and since then it is working satisfactorily.
The company on 30th Nov’1996 had received “ISO 9002” Certification issued by the STQC Directorate Government of India New Delhi, which is one more feather on the cap and now the Certification has been upgraded with ISO 9001: 2015 Version.
